OUR CUISINE

At the restaurant MAS POU in Palau-Sator you will find the traditional, well known and family cooking, a culinary art which has been passed from one generation to another, and which is based on the "sofregit" (sautéed tomato and onion), the "picada" (pounded almonds, garlic, parsley, etc. ) and letting the food cook slowly.
Our cooking is not elaborate and is prepared with top quality materials.
In addition, our wine cellar is comprehensive and varied and has wines from the simple table wine to the best known brand names.
